We have a NO REFUND policy for any group break purchase once the break starts. 

  • CANCELLATION FEE

Anyone requesting a refund prior to a break taking place will be charged a 5% cancellation fee. 

The cancellation fee is to cover the credit card and PayPal fees that are not reimbursed to us when we issue a refund. 

 

* If there are any issues regarding tracking, damaged cards, or misdelivered packages, you have 180 days to reach out to us for a resolution. Any requests after 180 days will not be valid! *
